Help fight sex trafficking by uploading photos of your hotel room

''When you first check-in to your hotel room and drop your bags on thefloor, maybe you decide to take a photo of the room to show off to all your friends. TraffickCam want that photo – but for a very different reason.

Created in 2015 by the Exchange Initiative, TraffickCam is a means by which the group hopes to help bring an end to sex trafficking around the world.

The project is straight-forward – even if all the work that goes on behind the scenes is anything but – TraffickCam simply relies on people uploading photos of their hotel rooms.

The system then allows police to cross-reference all the photos loaded by users with photos pulled from sex-trafficking cases...''
